The Church of Apostle Peter and Apostle Paul (the Urban Settlement of Vyritsa , 28 Pavassara Street). The first in the settlement church built according to the decision of owners of lands (including I.A. Churikov) and mainly for their donatives. A single-domed Russian style church (built according to the design of the civil engineer N.I. Kotovich) was consecrated on 22 June 1908. Geory Preobrazhensky (the church dean from 1911) and other priests- Simeon Biryukovich, Andrey Kornilov, Nikolay Bagryansky, archipriest Vladimir Irodionov, deacon Arkady Molchanov - were subjected to repression at the Soviet time. In 1938 the church was closed and used for a community centre. At the beginning of World War II the church upper part was destroyed, invaders did a stable in it.
